2. Church and User Accounts
When creating an account (as a listener or Church Administrator), you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Content Ownership and Responsibility
Content uploaded or created on HolyMic, including sermons, announcements, comments, and images, remains the property of the uploading party. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content to provide and improve the Service.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions for the content you upload, and that such content complies with our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Churches subscribing to paid plans will be billed in advance on a recurring basis ("Billing Cycle"). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled by you or us. You may cancel renewal via your account management page or by contacting support.
5. Acceptable Use
Your use of HolyMic is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nehborly, Inc. and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
