This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the prohibited uses of the HolyMic service. By using HolyMic, you agree to this policy. We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload, post, or share content that:

  • Is illegal or promotes illegal activity.
  • Is hateful, harassing, threatening, or incites violence towards individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
  • Infringes on another person's intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark.
  • Is sexually explicit or graphically violent.
  • Is deceptive, fraudulent, or constitutes spam.
  • Violates the privacy of others.

Prohibited Actions

You may not use HolyMic to:

  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the service (e.g., hacking, distributing malware).
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Scrape or attempt to harvest data from the service in an unauthorized manner.
  • Create accounts or post content through unauthorized automated means.

Reporting and Enforcement

We rely on our users to help us enforce this policy. If you see content that you believe violates this AUP, please report it to us. We reserve the right to review, remove, or refuse to display any content at our sole discretion.
